Architect

SISA HOMES is developing rapidly and we need cool & creative architects to work together and to create something unique, cool, thoughtful and functional designs.

To Do

  • Design and develop cool design forms and ideas.
  • Create architectural designs based on Client inputs.
  • Prepare and execute client contracts pursuant to specific consultations.
  • Co-Ordinating with the team and developing Architectural designs & details.
  • Preparing Working/detail drawings like Electrical, Plumbing & Carpentry drawings.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Communicate with contractors and construction workers to implement designs.

If

  • Experienced and skilled in the design and development of Residential or Commercial design projects (Min 1 - 2 yrs. of experience).
  • Proficient in: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop & Microsoft
  • Knowledge of Building products & Materials with construction details.
  • Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
  • Visual awareness and an eye for detail
Civil / Site Manager

SISA HOMES have ambitious goals that can only be achieved with an equally ambitious and strong technical team that’s why we need Civil / Site engineers who can be proactive & specialized in providing technical advice about Architectural plans & details on site who can also organize and supervise the overall construction project.

  • Communicate with contractors and construction workers to implement designs.
  • Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
  • Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
  • Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement & solving problems on site.
  • Checking and explaining technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
Designer-Visualizer

SISA HOMES is looking for creative & experienced visualizer to work together to create cool, thoughtful and functional designs.

To Do

  • Ability to understand and handle Architectural CAD Drawings.
  • Capable of modelling exterior/interior projects from scratch with Architects Co-ordination.
  • Architectural Renderings & Presentation - to create extremely photo realistic Exterior, Interior, Landscape Visuals and Animation using any Renderer (Photorealistic).
  • create 3d walk-through & fly-through animation.

If

  • Experienced and skilled in the design and development of Residential or Commercial design projects (Min 2 yrs. of experience)
  • Proficient in : SketchUP / 3Ds Max + Any rendering software – V-Ray/Lumion/Corona/Enscape ( Expecting Photorealistic Renders )
  • Knowledge of Building Materials & interior styles.
