03. Register with Us

All clear! To begin building a house, you must pay a booking fee equal to 5% of the expected project cost.

04. Obtain designs

Until you are entirely pleased, our architects will provide thorough drawings and blueprints for the construction and design of your home.

05. Monitor and transact

To ensure complete confidence, Brick&Bolt offers an escrow mechanism in which you send funds for each stage of the project. You can keep track of the project using our customer application.

06. Settle in

The final and most important stage. We make certain that you are comfortable in your newly constructed home. Our journey together does not come to an end here. We offer a 5-year warranty
